How long does delivery take?+
Lagos deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Abuja takes 3-5 business days. Other states may take 5-7 business days. You'll receive WhatsApp updates throughout.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve cards, and bank transfers via Paystack. All payments are secure and processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). International cards (GBP/USD) are also accepted.
Can I return or exchange a product?+
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll arrange a return or exchange.
How do I book an installation?+
Visit our Book Installation page, fill in your details and preferred date, and submit. Our team will confirm via WhatsApp within 24 hours. Installations are available in Lagos, Abuja, and select cities.
How do I track my order?+
Go to the Track Order page and enter your order number and email address. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number for a quick update.
Is my payment information safe?+
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details never touch our servers. We only see your order details.
